The problem

A chain of disconnected decisions, handled by hand.

Manufacturers running configurable products face a chain of disconnected decisions: what goes into each product, how much raw material a customer order actually consumes, which processes and machines are needed, whether stock is sufficient to start, and where every batch stands on the floor.

Handled manually or across disconnected tools, this means estimated material requirements that miss, production started without confirming stock, no live visibility into batch progress, and reporting assembled by hand after the fact.

What we built

Nine integrated modules, each a single source of truth that feeds the next.

The platform spans master data, planning, execution, and intelligence, so a change in one place flows correctly through the whole production chain.

01

Product management & schema

Centralized management of finished products, covering creation, categorization and reusable variants, on a schema layer that enforces data consistency. Configurable attributes, product types and pre-defined values enforce data integrity at entry rather than correcting it later.

02

Raw material master

A central repository for manufacturing inputs: the single source of truth for every raw material referenced in BOMs, purchase orders, and stock management. Lifecycle rules restrict deletion of materials already used in transactions.

03

Processes & equipment

The Process module defines manufacturing stages with sequence control that fixes production routing order. The Machine module manages plant machinery with capacity configuration and machine-type categorization for streamlined scheduling.

04

Vendors & sales

The Vendor module maintains supplier compliance, commercial terms, credit limits and performance ratings. Sales Master captures multi-item orders with delivery timelines, then runs an approval workflow evaluating material requirements before releasing demand.

05

Manufacturing orders & factory

The system derives the raw materials, process steps, machines and execution time for each sales order, checks shortages before release, then auto-creates job cards and splits quantities into trackable production batches with step-by-step visual tracking.

06

Inventory & analytics

Real-time stock control with on-hand, reserved, available and reorder-threshold visibility, issuing raw stock directly to batches. Reports cover operator hours and efficiency, batch progress and lead times, and plant-wide progress across all active batches.

Why it matters

The hardest part of manufacturing software.

Turning a Bill of Materials into automated, stock-aware production planning and then tracking it to completion with full auditability, the same discipline of a single source of truth and real-time accuracy, applied to processes, machines, batches, and material consumption.
